Hose clamps in zamak

Zamak hose clamps are available in 29 references. They are moulded with dichromate steel screws, with diameters from 8 mm to 110 mm are available from stock and are fixed to the wall with a bolt or M7 screw.
They are available in 25 or 50 pieces, depending on the unit size, in minimum quantities of 50 pieces for large diameters and 500 pieces for smaller diameters.
Triplex hose clamps

These are moulded Zamak hose clamps which are brassed before assembly. This is used with copper rates so that there is no galvanic couple between the 2 materials. The screws are made of brass. There are 7 different diameters: 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 22 and 28 mm.
Packed by 500 except for the 28 mm which are packed by 200 pieces.
Brass hose clamps

These are clamps made from brass profiles, one for the base and one for the flange. For the record, these are 4.5 m profiles that are drilled, tapped and then assembled with brass screws. Then the +/- 350 clamps are cut, passed through a rotating barrel to deburr them and finally packed.
This process is also used for copper pipes and wherever there is a risk of movement, for example a new building that “moves”. These clamps are made of “solid” brass. Available in : 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 22, 28, 35 and 42 mm.
